My room included a mini bar, satellite television and a personal safe. The pool area was good and the location was marvellous, next to the lakes and bathhouse row, local attractions, and good restaurants, shopping.  

The staff ensures you have a really nice time, they are very helpful and attentive. Make sure to get queen room with 2 full beds, a fold out couch and a regular bathroom. There is a fridge and a washing machine.  

It met needs, had a such wonderful stay on our 3 week vacation. Rooms were reasonably large, everything was beautiful. The staff was attentive and catered to our every need. The room was clean & recently updated and available 

The hotel is definitely recommended to anyone. The employees are very amiable and accommodating, they helped us with check in. The room is updated and reasonably large😀

Staff is attentive and you can park your car on-site. The hotel provides a wonderful breakfast with bacon and waffle house, as for instance.

I stayed in the room that was clean & recently updated and available with a jetted tub, the jacuzzi tub plus 2 full beds. The breakfast was wonderful and marvellous and for the value; the staff was VERY VERY HELPFUL. 

The location is great as it's close to the city center. The room service was efficient and helpful. The view from the room was pleasant to the eyes. The hotel had plenty of leisure facilities, such as an indoor pool and gym 

When I am in Hot Springs, I like staying here. It's fabulous hotel with brand-new rooms, everything is beautiful. The service is great, includes convenient parking. Moreover, they have free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
